Once your application is in, send us the documents below to verify your income and assets. You can email them directly (info@carlsonstl.com), or we can set up a secure upload folder – just ask!

💵 Income Documents

Most recent 2-3 consecutive paychecks covering at least 30 days of earnings

☐
All W-2 and/or 1099 forms for the last two years

🏦 Asset Documents

Two most recent bank statements (all pages, even if blank) for all checking, savings, and retirement accounts listed on your application

Once we have your application and documents, your loan officer gets to work. Here is what to expect:

☐You can shop for any home up to and including your pre-approved amount
